Refund Policy - the basics
To ensure fairness and manage expectations for both our clients and our organization, we have established the following guidelines for requesting refunds

Notification Requirement
Clients must notify us of their intent to cancel and request a refund at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled service.Partial
Refunds
If a cancellation notice is received less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, only half of the payment will be refunded.
No Refunds
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions for Illness or Emergency
We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergencies can arise. If you are unable to meet the notification deadlines due to such reasons, please contact us as soon as possible with any available documentation. We will assess these situations on a case-by-case basis to determine the possibility of a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
